First of all put this code into your area you want to be a frame!

Then for the frame name put the name you want the frame to be called! One of the best ones are iframe or main!

For the cutenews/news URL put the URL of your cutenews thing to show your news or your not cutenews news area URL!

For the frame board put if you want your frame to be a border or not!

For the frame width put the width you want the frame to be!

For the frame height put the height you want the frame to be!

So you want to know how to add a link so when you click it the content goes in the frame!
Here is the code for a link:

For link URL put the URL you want to go to when click the link!

For frame name put the frame name you have chosen!

For link name put the name of the link! My link code if i wanted to go to a about us page would be:
